Car Parking, London Road, Louth

There is usually 4 or 5 matches kicking off at 2.15 every sunday so the car park gets full very quickly,there is additional parking across the road at the athletics club but care must be taken when crossing the road.

If you use the pitch finder that was given to most clubs at the last meeting,please note that the postcode for the pitch at Grainthorpe is not correct if unsure where the ground is please contact the manager at Grainthorpe for Directions or the correct postcode.

Stamford Club Parking

Can all member clubs please note that there will no longer be any parking on the grass at The Stamford Club from 19th November 2011 onwards.

This therefore means that there will be a limited amount of parking at the Club on Match Days on a first come first served basis.

Submitting Team Sheets

Some of you are experiencing difficulties submitting team sheets. I am aware of one problem where both teams have the same secretary. To get around this ask the manager to login or login as the manager and this will allow you to submit a team sheet. I am looking into the issue.

Remember that Changing Room Mark & Ground Mark are out of 10 not 100.

Submitting Score to the League

At the meeting last night it was decided that teams do not need to ring in the result for the match as long as the team sheet is submitted to the league by midnight Sunday. Failure to do so will result in a fine as per rule.

If you think it will be a problem submitting your result by midnight then phone in by the usual time.

Mini Soccer Courses

There is now 2 mini-soccer courses being held at Bradley Community Centre on 5th October and 6th October. If you wish to attend either of the courses please let Chris Stevens know ASAP.

Goals and Litter

Please note that tape should not be used to fasten nets to the goal posts on any council / school grounds. Please use clips or Velcro.

Teams should also remove any litter (e.g. Drinks bottles) from the side of pitches. The league has been told about this and we could loose grounds if teams do not remove litter after the matches.

Please check you fixtures as we have had to postpone some games for Sunday 11/09/11 due to some pitches available.
We have had to postpone some of the mid-week games as well due to pitches and some teams not available.
And we have had to change some games from Tuesday 13/09/11 to Wednesday 14/09/11.
